SPOT REPORT on RECKLESS IMPRUDENCE RESULTING TO HOMICIDE. That OOA 06 0945H September 2015 a telephone call received by this station informing that a vehicular traffic accident transpired along National Highway of brgy. Itum, this municipality. Elements of the station led by SPO2 Tapang and PO3 Tubera responded and proceeded to the area to verify and follow up said report. Upon arrival thereat, we saw a kid with his motorcycle collided with the southern star bus. Initial invest disclosed that, both vehicles were travelling same direction heading for Tagbilaran upon reaching at said place the southern star bus with body 12032, plate # GXN 713, driven by one Rhymar Lozada y Gonzales, 28 years old, married, presently residing at Tabajan, Guindulman, Bohol, stopped for somebody wants to embark and suddenly they heard a burst in the rear portion of the bus and unfortunately a Honda CX 110, no plate attach, that was driven by one Vencent Sumile y Acedo, 15 years old, a resident of Alejawan, Jagna, Bohol, bumped the rear left portion of said bus. The latter was not wearing helmet causing severe blood loss that caused for his instantaneous death. The driver of said bus presented a professional driver’s license # G10-08-000620 and Xerox copy of the bus C.R # 155257303, O.R # 576267646 dated 03/25/2015. The driver of said motorcycle had no driver’s license and both vehicles sustained damages. The driver of said bus was brought to this station for documentation. Both vehicles were deposited at this station for proper disposition.
